Terms of use

These terms apply to the Quantty website (quanttyos.com), the waitlist and, once it is released to you, the Quantty app. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Not investment advice

Quantty is research software. It tests trading hypotheses that you provide and reports what the evidence shows. Nothing Quantty produces, including verdicts, backtests, metrics and generated strategies, is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. A hypothesis that “survived” can still lose money. Backtests and simulations have limits: past or simulated performance does not predict future results. You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not reserve a price, a license or access on any date. We may contact you about Quantty's availability, and you can leave at any time by writing to support@quanttyos.com.

Using the app

When the app is made available to you, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under these terms and any license terms that come with it. You may not resell it, remove its notices, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

You are responsible for how you use it, including:

• complying with the laws and the rules of the markets and exchanges you deal with;
• the terms, fees and usage limits of the services you connect, such as your AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic, including usage counted against your ChatGPT plan), market data providers and exchanges;
• keeping your accounts, API keys and devices secure;
• reviewing any generated strategy before you trade with it, in paper or live trading.

Third-party services

Quantty works with services we do not control. Their availability, accuracy and terms are their own. Market data can be wrong, delayed or incomplete, and AI models can make mistakes, including in the code they write.

No warranty

The website and the app are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that they will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any result is correct.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for trading losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the website or the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; we will change the date above, and for material changes we will give notice before they apply to you. We may suspend access in case of abuse or breach of these terms. You can stop using Quantty at any time.
